The paper is submitted and accepted to COBIT Focus in January 2013, an online magazine edited by ISACA International Headquarter. It describes Tokio Marine’s IT Governance System implemented when Inaba was there at IT Planning Department, Tokio Marine Holdings. It was co-submitted by Inaba and Shibuya.
